The Wimbledon Draw was on Sunday 17th April 2011 when the club made a presentation  to past captains Elaine Dewar & Sheila Frenz.

John Jasper Tournament - usually a great success - in 2011 at Scone at 1.45pm on Sunday 14th August with proceeds going to  ENABLE. This year with locally invited clubs

Junior Club Nights - Fri 6-7:30pm - These are very popular sessions for junior members conducted enthusiastically by our own LTA qualified coach Douglas Gibson and is assisted by parents

 

Junior Tennis Tayside & Junior Perth & District Teams - Practice Nights Tuesday 7.30pm to 9pm during the season - These are great opportunities to see how much the skills learned and practiced on club nights result in competition success. Contact Heather Cameron and Paul Cunningham .

Parent & Child Coaching - Sat 12.30 to 2pm - A fun coaching session for your child, or children, covering basic theory, strokes, movement and co-ordination including fun games. Parents are given separate coaching covering basic theory, strokes, movement and co-ordination, including ground strokes, drives, volleys and service, in fact all the basics to enjoy playing tennis with your children and ensure they learn good habits and improve from an early age. The session is conducted by our own committee member and qualified LTA coach, Douglas Gibson . Free for members £2.00 per family per session for non-members.

 

'Active Andys' is a wonderful club for youngsters with special needs and is being run on our mini tennis court by Level 2 Coaching Asst Calvin Brewitt and Fiona Bruce. For further details please contact Fiona. This takes place on Fridays at 4-5pm.
