Access to the Courts

The new courts are kept padlocked when not in use to to help keep them in prime condition. It is easy to gain access to the courts, as follows:

Contact our club secretary Ian Hunter ihse04272@blueyonder.co.uk for a copy key , a small deposit is required.

Junior members and visitors - a key can be obtained from the Spar Shop by the park entrance a small deposit is needed for safe return of the key.

Junior members need to advise their name to the Spar staff who will check the membership list and issue a shoe tag.

Court payments for non-members for half hour sessions

50:50 Friends of Scone Tennis Club Lottery Draw

This fund-raising initiative commenced in 2007 provides a fun way of raising funds for the club's maintenance and replacement costs with the chance of winning a prize. 50% of the subscription goes to the club's maintenance and replacement fund and the other 50% goes to prize money.

Subscription options are as follows:

  • Monthly £2 standing order
  • Annual £24 standing order
  • Annual £24 cash
  • Annual £24 cheque (payable to “ Scone Tennis Club ” )

For standing order subscriptions a mandate needs to be completed with one half sent to your bank/building society and the other half to our secretary so we can track subscriptions. A SO Mandate is available from the Club Secretary.

50 50 Standing Order Form

When you have a SO mandate, follow these instructions:

  1. If the Club's account details are not provided on the SO, E-mail Ian Hunter , Club Secretary, for the club's bank account details - see contact page for details
  2. Complete Part A and Part B
  3. Send Part A to your bank or building society
  4. Send Part B to Ian Hunter , Club Secretary (address on the form).
